​Heated/Unheated Power Yoga and Yin Yoga Classes
Empower yoga focuses on building strength and flexibility in body and mind.   Modifications are always offered so regardless of your flexibility or fitness level you can practice yoga at Empower. All levels welcome from beginners to more experienced.

Power Yoga Basics is an unheated practice perfect for beginners.  

Our studios are heated by energy efficient and therapeutic Infrared heat.  
Benefits of infrared heat for yoga:
-Boost metabolism/breakdown of fat
-Conditions cardiovascular system
-Detoxifying sweat 
-Improves flexibility/ joint comfort
-Improves circulation/reduces cellulite
-Aides relaxation and ability to manage stress
*Infrared heats differently so we don't need as high of temperatures to gain the benefits.   Our classes feel less like a sauna and more like a wonderful warm summer day.

$8 is the price of one class at Empower. $15 is the average cost of a yoga class nationally. In some areas $20+ is the norm.  We charge $8 for a class to make yoga practice affordable and accessible to all.  If you are unable to afford our classes please contact us and we will find a way!
